RINI REALTYCommercial Real Estate
Website Proposal
Prepared for Domenic Rini · July 2026

Your Website Should Work
as Hard as You Do

Right now, Rini Realty’s online presence undersells everything you’ve built. Let’s fix that — completely.

Prepared by Scott Sherman  ·  KeelPoint Consulting

How We Got Here

Tom mentioned you might want something better.
So I built it.

When Tom told me about Rini Realty, I went and looked at your site. Good bones — but it wasn’t telling your story. Wrong colors. Small logo. Outdated content. No way for tenants to pay or apply online.

So I put together a demo to show what was possible. Now that you’ve seen it, here’s the formal proposal to make it real.

Rini Realty has 20+ properties across Ohio, Indiana, and Arizona. That kind of reach deserves a website that closes deals — not just lists addresses.

What Gets Built

Six deliverables. Done right. Two-week turnaround.

A full rebuild from top to bottom — not a template, not a patch job.

1
Full Brand Redesign
Black, white, and red — your actual brand colors, not the blue and gold that’s there now. Every page, every element, consistent and professional.
2
Logo — Prominent Placement
Larger, cleaner, more readable. The Rini Realty name shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should own the page.
3
Content Overhaul
Accurate company story. Correct property count (20+ properties across three states). Correct staff emails and real headshots. Exterior building photography only — no interior space shots.
4
Billing Platform Integration Included
Connect your existing property management platform so tenants can inquire, apply, and pay online — directly through your site. Once you share which platform you use, we handle the integration.
5
Enhanced Tenant Inquiry Form
Keep the existing contact functionality, but make it smarter. Better UX, instant notifications, and connected to your property management workflow.
6
Ongoing Hosting, Updates & Support
After launch, we’re your web team. Hosting, content updates, technical support — all covered month-to-month. No surprise bills. No ticket systems.
The Transformation

Before. After. The difference is obvious.

This isn’t a refresh. It’s a rebuild with a purpose.

Before
Blue & gold color scheme — wrong brand
Small, hard-to-read logo placement
Inaccurate property count & outdated content
Wrong staff emails & missing headshots
Interior space photos (not your buildings)
No online payment or application
Informational only — no revenue generation
After
Black, white & red — on-brand, premium
Prominent logo — front and center
Accurate: 20+ properties, 3 states
Correct staff directory — real headshots
Exterior building photography throughout
Tenants inquire, apply & pay online
Lead generation & revenue tool, not a brochure

Next Steps

Four things. Then we’re building.

We’re ready to start. Here’s what we need from your side first.

1
Share your billing platform name. Which property management / billing system do you currently use? (AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, etc.) We’ll confirm integration compatibility and build it in.
2
Send correct staff emails and headshots. Current directory info and professional photos for each team member. We’ll handle formatting.
3
Approve this proposal. Reply to confirm, and we’ll send a simple agreement to make it official.
4
Build begins. Two-week turnaround from kickoff to launch. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
