Sixty days before the year is up, we sit down and review together — what’s working, what isn’t, and what Rini Realty needs going into year two. Clear conversation. No surprises.

Monthly retainer begins the day the site goes live. Typically we require a 50% deposit to begin a project — based on our relationship through Tom, we’re happy to waive that. Full payment is due at launch.

The site can go live before every photo and headshot is in hand — we’ll build with what’s ready and update the rest as it comes in, at no extra cost or delay to launch.

Send your creation story and property details. A list of the spaces you want included on the site so we can build out the portfolio correctly.

Photography. I can handle the exterior building shots myself at no additional charge for the Ohio properties — just let me know which ones to prioritize. For the Indiana and Arizona locations, we’ll figure out the best approach together, whether that’s coordinating locally or bringing in someone on the ground. If you’d prefer to go the professional route instead, I can connect you with Damien Campbell, a photographer with experience in both commercial and residential work. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
